Quality is subjective and varies. Reality is an RV build on Monday might be great, one built on Friday might have major problems. A good dealer and warranty is very important. Need to use the RV some before you got full time so you can get the bugs out.
You need to look into the warranty coverage both manufacturers and if you buy an extended warranty to make sure they will cover your full time living. Some manufacturers will not cover at all if you full time in you RV. That's a huge potential issue. I do believe that Grand Design RV doesn't play that game, but that may have changed. You should verify it and see it in writing, don't listen to a sales persons word.
