I replaced the seal in my Coleman with the assistance of my wife.
As I recall - disconnect from shore power - remove the inside shroud - disconnect the electrical harass - remove a couple of bolts which hold the AC to the rig. Then head up top.
On top you should bring something to sit the AC your about to remove (avoid damaging the roof) I used some plywood. Remove the exterior shroud - lift up the unit (heavy but one man job) and place it on the plywood or whatever. Remove the old gasket and clean the area up - attach the new gasket (should have it's own sticky) and then replace the AC - your wife/partner inside the rig can help you guide the placement. Once in place replace the bolts you removed (not too tight)reattach the electric harass - replace the interior/exterior shrouds. Turn on the power and test the air conditioner - if it works - then turn everything off, grab a hose and see if it's water tight - it not then you may need to tighten the bolts more.
Might be some YouTube's on the subject.
Hope this helps.
