The breaker I am referring to is under the furnace cover plate (outside of trailer) and not on the breaker panel. This is on a typical Atwood furnace.
There is an off/reset switch by the squirrel cage. I tripped it and put a negative ground to the board and the motor fired up. At this point I'm considering getting a new control board.
