AC/furnace not kicking on

We just bought a 2007 Pilgrim Open Road fifth wheel. We plan on living in it full time. I have power hooked up but when I turn the furnace on I can hear it humming up top. The bedroom unit works fine. Why does the furnace controls run through the ac unit above the kitchen? There is propane in the bottle, everything appears to power up, no dirt dobber obstruction but yet the blower motor won't turn on. What's the next step to trouble shoot this?

Set to beat and furnace set to "on"
  • I have two heat sources connected to my thermostat: the furnace and the a/c heat pump. The a/c heat pump does not use propane and 'hums up top.' (My second a/c is not also a heat pump.) The furnace uses propane and comes out of the floor.
If you have a dual heat source attached to your thermostat, you probably have to adjust them separately.
  • There has to be 12volt DC at the furnace control board for it to work. It is usually on a fuse (auto type) by itself.
