The Dometic add-a-room has zip up wall panels included, unless they've downgraded it.
That said.... I didn't like the way it sealed to the trailer, and the fabric was thinner than a cheap Kmart tent. I did not trust it to keep weather out.
This time around I may try an awning room from TheBusDepot. I still don't even have an ETA on my build though, so it'll be at least a month before I can try anything out.
