I'm in AZ, too, and am looking at a Durango 1500. Right now, there is exactly ONE new KZ RV, of any model, in AZ. I was in contact with KZ and I was told that there was a new dealer that was supposed to come on board, but not given a timeframe or name. I also was given the number of the regional sales rep, named Charles. I called him and left a message over 2 weeks ago, but no return call. Frankly, I thought KZ had better customer service that this, and I'm disappointed that they haven't called back. As of now, they're top my short list, but I won't buy =anything= without first seeing an example of it, even if I have to travel a bit to see one. I absolutely =hate= the mfrs' policies that won't show a wide-area list of dealers, or a nation-wide list. This being said, I do have the buildsheet for the model I'm looking for and, if I can see one and like it, would likely order through the local dealer, as their price seems to be very good.
