I have the bags on our 06 Ram. Like to adjust ride level. Was wondering if anybody puts bags on the fifth? Will it improve ride. Our rear springs apear to be sagged. If I replace springs should I step...

Upgrading axles to the next size up is a good upgrade especially from 6k to a 7k axle.......or even 5.2k to 6k.
You seem to be saying the rear axle is sagging and you want to replace the springs in that axle. On a trailer you want a balanced suspension system so what ever upgrades are done to one axle the other(s) need to be upgraded also.
Or replace all the spring packs .......however run the math on costs. If those axles have lots of miles and years of service it may be cheaper to replace the whole axle.
