Had a 2012 3625RE and there was only one thermostat and only conrolled the rear a/c fan. The 2014 Redwood 38GK has two thermostats and can control the fan speeds on each.
Had no problems with the Big Sky, just the floor plan did not suit me nor the "J" sofa. Otherwise it was a great unit with only 4 minor problems covered under warranty.
