A 15M A/C is designed to cool approximately 300 sq ft. With a very well insulated unit, they will do a little better than that but you can basically do the math and see how many sq ft your unit has with the rooms extended.
A triple slide 31' is usually around 350 sq ft and a 37' 3-slide unit will push 400 sq ft.
