Not cheap, but probably significantly better than just a pin box with a shock. I installed the TrailAir on my 5er several years ago in an attempt to minimize chucking when towing tandem. I notice next to no difference in the way the trailer rides. I wouldn't spend the money again.
Same, I felt the TrailAir pinbox was no benefit whatsoever.
