I've never been to this cabin. These people know how big our trailer is. Their children have slept in it several times. We have had joint family meals in it.
The wife of the other family is a bit... horrified at the size of our rig. She is kind of a minimalist. But their kids sure prefer sleeping in our trailer with our kids to sleeping in their tent and their teen aged daughter hung out in our trailer for 2 days with her iPhone while the rest of us were at the beach.
I suspect that we'll be parking on the grass at the cabin and the wife's father is a bit of a perfectionist with his belongings.
We like this family. Other than these differences we all get along great, especially the kids. They are my wife's cousins. This weekend will be a mini family reunion at the cabin. I'm hoping we can make this work.
Having said that, I hate doing stuff on weekends that makes me feel like I've been working all weekend.
