The Maxxis ST8008 has a 4-6 year track record and although they have had their problems they have a better track record than a Carlisle.
The Carlisle RH is a new tire but has no long term/miles service record yet so time and miles will tell if there has been a improvement.
IMO 15" ST E tires are a******shoot on your 10k-11k GVWR trailer but the Maxxis ST 8008 does have a better/proven service record between the two for a heavy weight trailer.
