I always have to wonder why a one year old unit is up for sale. First thought is the previous owner was not happy with it. Could simply be the floor plan did not work for them. Could be RVing was not for them after all. But could be they had enough problems they chose to get rid of it. ????
For pricing, Google each model number and check national prices and see what equivalent units are advertised at. You will find quite a range of prices for the same unit. But you might can use the low number you find as a negotiating tool.
