For us any rv with a TV not directly facing the primary living room seating was a deal breaker.
Here Hear, That also was a deal breaker for us.
We looked at units where you had to sit straight up on the couch or living room chair to see the TV over the dinette!

Just think about the time you will spend in it, watching the television! Other than bad weather, I consider that we are either out side ,weather permitting or sleeping inside. Separate bath is also a must in this home. Also doors, not curtains separating bedroom and living area, doesn't cost much if any more!
