Amped 28FS Sway Issues when towing....need help!

Seems to be a lot of Psi in air bags and low on rear tires? Had a 30' WW and ran about 20 psi in bags(before hooking up trailer) and 80 psi on rear tires while towing.

I've always liked setting up hitch so front is 1/2 inch lower than rear measured at frame rails.
