Amped 28FS Sway Issues when towing....need help!

I also have the same trailer. I have only towed with the back cargo area empty. One thing that I noticed about this trailer is that the axles are further forward than a lot of toy haulers.

My previous toy hauler was a 24 foot Tahoe Transport, and when look at the two most of the additional 4 feet of length is behind the axles. This makes it so that the same load in back has a greater reduction to the tongue weight.
