I have to disagree with you to some degree mssmith. http://www.autosoftautos.com/Carpics/160/l/l_CarPic_D-160_S-26978_1.jpg
In my opinion and over months of research of toy haulers, the axles are not farther forward compared to others. A lot of toy haulers have a lower percentage of tongue weight than the 28 FS. There's a good chunk of trailer forward of the axles. I'm anxious for other owners to chime in who have weighed and discovered the Amped are heavy tongue trailers. I'm ordering the tongue scale tomorrow and will measure soon.
As for the weekend warrior, I knew they were heavier than stated, and it's hard to compare a 7 ft longer trailer, but as for actual TW, the amped in CONSIDERABLE compared to the FK2100 WW. I feel bad for my truck when I lower the amped down onto the ball. It drops at least 2" or more from the weight where the WW was far less noticeable. Again, I know that's not scientific in any way since the amped is a far heavier trailer anyway, just clearly obvious its pretty fat on the tongue.
