Amped 28FS Sway Issues when towing....need help!

The link below has a good side photo of the same model I had previously. I wish I had taken dimensions of it,but looking at it has about the same distance from the axles to the front as the Amped 28fs and much less behind them. I did measure the overall length of my old one to compare. The Amped is 4ft 3in longer, and as I previously said most of that additional length is behind the axles.
