We have an amped 32S.
Loaded up (without fresh water), my tongue weight is measured at about 1200 pounds.
Loaded up trailer weighs in a bit less than 12K Pounds
We tow with a 1400/14K rated Hensley Hitch and it tows really great....My wife thinks it tows better than our previous 5th wheel....I think almost as good...
If we were ever to want to tow with much freshwater in the tanks (as the tanks are 175 gallons and way forward) we would over load the Hensley and need to find an alternative hitch.
I suspect the axles on these ampeds are farther forward because of the 175 Gallon Fresh Water Tank and 50 gallon Grey water tank that is located forward...
We travel with the garage fairly lightly loaded, If we were to put significant weight in the garage, we would need to add fresh water to the tanks to get the desired tongue weight up to where we needed it....but then we would exceed the limits on the Hensley...good thing what we put in garage (kayaks, bikes, sail rigs, etc.) is moderately light...
Because of the limited load rating of the Hensley Hitch, I do have to pack carefully and watch the tongue weight...
If we ever find we are exceeding the capacity of the Hensley, we will go to more conventional hitch and this:

IMHO given the loading issues, every toyhauler that is a travel trailer configuration should have this installed at the manufacturer....at less than $600 it is cheap insurance...
Again, IMHO, with your issues, I would install tucson electronic sway control...
