I too have an amped 28fs. I have a commander max in the back and usually haul with the tanks empty and gas full. I also have the equalizer 1400 on my 14 3500 megacab. I was worried about the hitch but I have been told that it is fine by the dealership. I have the hitch set up pretty good. I haven't had any trouble with towing. My truck has a 3" lift and I run 35" tires. My problems have all been trailer related.
