Thanks for the info! That bottom bunk looks pretty tight, but not really any worse than the top bunk in my current Timber Ridge 270DBHS. The bunks would be for my daughter/friends, and DW and I would use the rear drop-down bed.
Have you (or anyone with an Amped) had any issues with the low-hanging waste dump? It seems like it's hanging down about 3-4 inches too far.
I found a local dealer who has both the Amped 24FBH and the 22FSB in stock, as well as a Sandsport 24FBSL, so we can compare them all side-by-side. I'm going to take a look at them when I get home next week.
I'm also looking at the Desert Fox 24AS, though it's impossible to find one locally - I'd have to order one basically sight unseen.
