My first gut thought is it sounds like you have a lack of tongue weight if you're getting that much sway. Is there a garage weight limit sticker? Are you over that? Where are the tanks at on the Amped? Over the Axle, aft or fore?
Have you spoken with the factory about what you're experiencing?
Agreed, weigh it before you take it out again. That is not a very large trailer considering your TV so definitely not overloaded. I'm leaning toward the tongue weight issue as well. Who set up your hitch? Is the trailer level when connected? With that truck you almost don't need a WD hitch at all.
Take it to a CAT scale.
