I am not a fan of the single point attachment hitches, so I would suggest the Demco adapter, and use the Andersen for rails. Using the factory puck four point attachment is the way to go, for most solid setup.
I am curious why you are not interested in the B&W for OEM Ford pucks? It is not heavy, and lifts out in two pieces. The head is 75 lbs, and the base is 78 lbs, which is easily managed by most. While it is rated at just 20K, it is very solid built, and I'd not worry using it right to the max.
