18 inch by 6 inch by .13 inch (3.4mm) thick. They said to cut them to size (I'm not sure the size of what....). I haven't done anything with them yet.
I imagine the idea is to cut strips to fill the valleys between the ribs in the bed. This takes the load of the ribs and transfers it directly to the frame.
No, not the frame still just sitting on the sheet metal of the floor of the bed.
To each their own, but the hitch only has a single point of attachment to the frame, the GN Ball.
