used it last summer to pull our '93 Tavelaire TW300 #10,500. Never had a problem with it, in fact it was quieter and smoother than our reg 5th wheel double pivot hitch.
We ended up buying the Andersen when I discovered my old '92 Dodge needed front axle u-joints, seized due to lack of use, and didn't have time to fix before vacation.
My buddy offered the use of his '05 Dodge, but it had a turn-over ball in the bed, so I went in search of options, I did not like the Gooseneck style adapters that bolt to the kingpin as they appear to add more of a lever causing stress in the 5ver frame.
I must say I was quite impressed with the Ultimate hitch set up and I am considering using it in my next tow vehicle.
