I agree ,has nothing to do with the Andersen, just how it was installed. No need to call Andersen, I could of fixed his problem in 10 minutes, if it took that long.

More to the story then just the Andersen, would love to see where the gooseneck ball, or rails were mounted. Totally not enough truck to start with .
