andersen ultimate hitch shifting
...have a new andersen ultimate hitch in my gmc 3500...have it torqued to spec at 55#...it shifts a little in my bed...guess it needs more than 55..any observations? ...on a b & w turn over ball...thx...

Had the same problem. It ended up being my B&W Turnover was moving. Check all your bolts are torqued to spec on the B&W, especially the side plates. After re-torquing the B&W mine is rock solid. You don't need to torque down the Andersen more than the recommended 50ft/lbs

your B&W turnover ball hitch bolts need to be torqued to 90ft/lbs. I would check those, do not over torque on the Andersen hitch bolts!
