2014 Jayco 5th wheel 3rd season. Blew @ 55 mph like a cannon. Air checked before each trip and during each trip. TPMS which went off immediately. Off road quickly, no damage. Tire has 2 blow out holes...

And that is just the problem! The inflated ratings of ST tires based on the 65 MPH speed restriction is just that! INFLATED with no real construction or quality to support it.
There is a reason the all steel ply tires like the XPS Rib, Duravis R250, GY G614 and Sailun S367 do not fail. They are built to handle severe service from the get go.
