Any of you see the Tag axles that lower and take weight off the load on 10 wheel dump trucks and transit mixers. This application is exactly the same thing. An extra axle that is permanently attached and bears part of the load.
Did you get that OK in a written form or head knod?
Having lived in So Cal for 30 yrs I know that I can get 5 different answers out of CHP asking 4 different officers.
Just saying..........if it isn't in writing it doesn't exist.
