Sorry, I don't see where they say it's a 10 or 12" tire. All their propaganda talks about 8" tires. Also, they don't really talk about speed ratings of their tires. Only one reference to some guy from Carlisle tire saying he thought they'd go to 65MPH...good luck...:S....Dennis
