No weight cop here, but do tow a FW with similar truck, so will give my take anyway. I agree with Old-Biscuit, your truck will carry/tow that FW, but you will be at your limit.
Like mentioned above the 6.2 will pull it, but will need to rev on steeper hills. I lock out 6th when I tow, unless taking advantage of a good tail wind. It is just 2 of us, and small fur kid. You are obviously going to have more passengers in the truck, since your trailer is a bunkhouse.
Yes, your truck will work, and you will like towing the FW, rather than the TT. Would a 350 diesel be a better choice? Sure, but I think you already know that.
