That's a nice looking rig! Reminds me of a guy on my block, that towed similar, with a F250 V-10. It used lots of fuel, so he traded for an Eco-boost. That's right 1/2 ton Eco, with max tow. After towing his 35' Jayco FW, with walk-in closet in bedroom, two slides, and double axle boat behind that, he said the salesman lied. His towing mileage was even worse with the V-6. I didn't even mention payload, just said he had a nice truck.
Anyway, the FW OP is looking at, is likely showing low dry numbers, to attract people with lower payload available. The OP will be over some numbers, but is much more capable than any 1/2 ton. I think his truck will be within axle/tire rating.
