Any Idea How to Get the Bulb Out of This Light?

I was able to pull the light down from the ceiling about 3/4''. I can see a sticker on it and it's an ITC light. However, it gets very difficult to pull past that point and it's a false ceiling and I feel like I could pull the dang ceiling right out. I may call ITC tomorrow and ask if there's a trick to pulling them out.
