Any Idea How to Get the Bulb Out of This Light?

You should pull a little hard to get the spring tensions mast the center point. it should come down about two inches, then squeeze the springs together to remove from the bracket. they are similar to can lights in a house.
If you can get your fingers to squeeze the wires together it will take less effort to pull down
