Any Idea How to Get the Bulb Out of This Light?

On the original Halogen bulbs which were made of quartz-type glass, and got VERY hot. oils from your fingers would cause a smudge which would get hotter that the rest of the bulb. Some times this would cause the bulb to crack. Led bulbs do not ger as hot, so not to worry. They were much brighter than regular bulbs because they did get so much hotter.
