Looks to me to be a GU 10 Halogen bulb. We have them in kitchen overhead fixture and in the range hood. They are a PITA! Push up and turn to release the bulb. Pay careful attention to the orientation of the pins when you lower the bulb. The orientation must be repeated to install the replacement bulb.
