Any ideas on how to free a rusted ball on B&W hitch?

Hey everyone, I finally concluded I have the B&W turn over ball hitch in the new to me truck I purchased. But the ball is rusted in the socket pretty good (or bad)...not sure when and if ever anyon...

To remove keep up with the PB Blaster. A air hammer from the bottom would also help.
As to what to do after removal, Anti-Seize. Clean every thing up good and apply liberally.
