Any ideas on how to free a rusted ball on B&W hitch?

Hey everyone, I finally concluded I have the B&W turn over ball hitch in the new to me truck I purchased. But the ball is rusted in the socket pretty good (or bad)...not sure when and if ever anyon...

This is a lot of work but you could take the center plate out from between the two mounting rails under the truck and take that to a shop that has a press and let them press it out. JMO
