Any ideas on how to free a rusted ball on B&W hitch?

3 ft pipe wrench with a 3 ft pipe to extend it. Or longer. You will be amazed at the torque you can put on it. Of course gentle heat and pb blaster will eventually free it. Someone may have put loctite on it and that often needs heat to loosten.
