Simplest thing for you to do is go to B&W turnover hitches And you'll see the Mount in the ball there there's a pictures of it on this site that is best for you to understand what's going on.
For the original poster yep keep up that PB power blast ---the panther piss---PB power blast-- and just keep that going in there make sure you tap it occasionally from the top and the bottom ,and eventually it will loosen it .
and then if you do ever put one back in again make sure you put anti seize all around and especially the corners
