So after an hour long conversation about what my custom 45' 5er from NA would include, I learned quite a bit...
12 inch I beam frame chassis, three 7,000 axles under a wood constructed frame.
R14 insulation in the walls, with an R38 foil wrap in the floor and roof.
Gel coated 'smooth' fiberglass exterior.
8'6 high living room ceiling, 7 foot tall in the living area slides. 3 total electric slides (!), 7 foot ceiling in the master bath and bedroom. King size bed and full size tub as well. Stacked washer/dryer in bathroom.
Central A/C with dual 15,000 btu units, vented floor heat 40,000 btu furnace. Ceiling fans in master bedroom and living area. 4 rooms total, master and second bedroom, full size walk thru bathroom and large living area :-)
Also full size 30 inch stove and 16 cube fridge. Get it...cube and fridge?
About 55 grand checking in at 16,000 lbs.
