Hey all, anybody still reading this thread?
Pilotbiker here, now ensconced in my 2010 THT and set up indefinitely in a park in Socal. Bought the unit at a dealer in Vegas for what I think is a pretty smokin' price, then put it in storage 3 months while I went to PA to take care of my severely elderly Mom. Then back to CA, got my buddy and his F350, went to Vegas, grabbed it and brought it out here a month ago. Now seriously considering adding the forward AC unit with the summer coming, and hoping the voltage to my space is high enough to keep the amps down when everyone turns on their chit.
Haven't used the garage for the bike yet. Though there's no one behind me, there is a chain link fence back there that's too close with the ramps down to maneuver the bike up and in, even with the THT as far forward in the space as is allowed. Oh well, outside under cover will have to do for daily parking.
So far, so good with the unit. No defects, no problems, and the dealer fixed everything they said they would after the walk-through including a flawless re-skin of the fiberglass up under the nose cone that must have gotten munched in freight. Nothing but high marks all around for Las Vegas RV (Camping World). The unit is pretty much exactly what I was expecting, and quite comfortable.
Hope all ya'll are well,
Carson
