I'm hoping to be come a 347THT owner in the next couple months. I've been advised this model will see some quality changes with the 2012 model. We're planning to order one this Saturday as they are next to impossible to find on the west coast. I did manage to see one a few months ago in Bakersfield but it was missing a number of key options we'd appreciate. Several of the "great online dealers" have claimed certain price points but never seem to have the model in stock and always have an alternative in mind. Therefore, I really don't know what a good and fair price would be but I'm hoping even with the generator and second AC it will come in less than $50K. California dreaming??
