Our 2011 was ordered as a 2010 but production changed while it was being built. So the fireplace (a great addition) was a surprise. We did not order with a gen but wired for one. Really appreciate the front AC and ceiling fan. Although we had a trade, our bottom price was very much in line with Sniperduce. You can begin figuring a 23%-25% discount from msrp---my experience. We have been very happy with fit, finish and user friendly. We also really enjoy the "garage" conversion to a "sun room". Talk about a rear window view, while we were in Estes Park, CO this last Sept. our view of Long's Peak was unobstructed from the screened in "garage". Good luck with your search.
