D & M w/Tess & Jeri: Also see pictures I just linked to in last post.
I have the ordinal LA Chock, they did not have the trailer version when I bought mine 9 yrs ago. The chock will slide a few inches even on the ground when going into the chock, but not coming out of it. So I just run a strap around the front of the chock to the tie downs to keep it from sliding forward into the wall when I go into it. I also secure front and rear of bike with tie downs, just as an additional piece of mind(some of those roads can be pretty bad in places). When at camp: I carry the chock outside and use it there. Drive into it, get off. No need of kickstand or tie downs. Also works great when working on bike or cleaning it,because it is full upright and not leaning.
