Darrell - I used the same wheels and run them at the max for that tire - 80 psi. You may be thinking about the Goodyear GS614s that that take like 110 or 115 psi and rims can be an issue.
I believe my new tires are 235/85/16 which works out to about 1" bigger in diameter than the Marathons. No clearance issues on the wheel wells or between the tires though and they still look just about like new after running them over 17K, including Alaska and back.
Sold my 5 Marathons on Craigslist for $250 and they went fast. Took some of the pain away from swapping what appeared to be perfectly good tires.
