R-250 vs the R500 = apples vs oranges.
The R500 is a poly tire vs the R250 which is a all steel ply carcass commercial grade tire.
Both are a excellent choice for a tire on a trailer however the R250 would be a better choice for a heavy trailer and maxed out 6k axles.
Have you weighed the trailers axles ?
