pjberny5, If you are unable to get any satisfaction from Heartland, and wish to keep the unit....I have a suggestion, though it's a bit pricey!
We just (about 3 weeks ago) returned home from Mesa,Az. getting our roof completely redone by APR RV. They use the RV FlexArmor system. It comes with a lifetime warranty!
