You must of expected that answer from Heartland,I do not know Of ANY RV MFG that would fix an issue with a 3 year old RV (some MFG's have a 2 year Warranty),sorry that happened to ya but folks have had ALOT worse things go wrong with their 3 year old rigs I do not own a Heartland but know many that do and most are happy with their customer service and RV but THAT is why I have a 7 year Extended warranty on mine because sometimes S... happens on these hand build rigs that are built as fast as they can
