We have had Extended warranties on both our Montana's over the course of 8 years. Rv shield on the 06 3400 and Good Sam's on this 13 Big Sky. We have used both of them with no problem at all. We did read and completely understand the terms of the contract. We did follow the terms to the letter. We do not understand why it is felt we should get our money back on a Extended warranty it is a insurance policy. Do we always get our money back on a insurance policy. We do not understand why it is a bad thing that the companies make money. They are a business, businesses are in business to make money. Know what you are buying. Ask questions, read the contract. Extended warranties have served us well over the years. We also have the Ford ESP on the truck..
